Steven Madonna, has been the managing partner since 1986. Mr. Madonna's practice focuses on small, medium, and large corporations. While his expertise is in the area of corporate accounting and taxation, he provides advisory services involving mergers, acquisitions, commercial and corporate matters.
His practice has evolved over the years to include a broad range of services such as corporate financing, business succession planning, litigation, and data processing consulting. As a registered investment advisor he provides various financial planning services including retirement and estate planning, financial strategies for education and wealth management.

Lawrence R. Schaffer, merged his practice in 1995 with Madonna & Company, LLP and joined the firm as a partner with more than 40 years of experience in public accounting. He applies this expertise to the needs of individual and businesses in a variety of industries.
Many clients rely on him to provide support and assistance with matters concerning corporate and individual taxation, estate planning and the administration of estates; Larry's hands-on-style keeps him abreast of tax and accounting related issues and allows him to offer solutions to his clients before they become problems.
Mr.Schaffer is a graduate of The Bernard M. Baruch College of the City University of New York (1974) and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York(1980) Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of CPA's's
James A. Bennett, has merged his practice effective January 1, 2018 with Madonna & Company, LLP and joins the firm as a partner with 35 years of experience in public accounting. He has provided expertise to clients in various small business industries as well as individual taxation, trust, and estate planning.
Over the years, Jim’s practice has evolved to include many high net-worth individual and small business clients. These clients rely on him for his personalized attention and his expertise in individual and business tax planning. He is registered with the courts as a Part 36 appointee which enables Jim to work with elder care attorneys who represent their clients as guardians. Jim also works very closely with elder care attorneys on the preparation of final individual and fiduciary returns for numerous estates.
